Job Description:-Handle all customers/Visitors and to take appropriate measures to help complete their purpose of visit.-Attending incoming calls and diverting the same to the respective person.-Looking after the visitors (vendors, candidates, employees, Relatives etc) and guiding them to the right person.-Maintain the permission slip record (through Security Guard).-Handling EPBAX, handling employee related data in the system.-Good Command over ENGLISH.-Smart and well dressed. Always smiling nature required.
Desired Profile:-Graduate in any stream with excellent communication skills, computer skills in word, excel & PowerPoint.
