Experience in similar position at large industrial units, duly certified with ISO 9001 : 2000 wherein worked additionally as MR or Dy. MR. Education: PG - MBA/PGDM Specialization: HR/Industrial Relations Experience: 10-15 yrs

Job Description: As Head of the HRD Deptt of the Paper Division, he is responsible for the whole HR activities viz. manpower planning defined through organization chart with duties and responsibilities of each position and managing it at optimum level through proper recruitment & selection procedures, training & development, performance appraisal, increment and promotions, succession planning & retention, personnel administration, statutory compliance & IR related fields. Also, must posses basic knowledge of ISO 9001 : 2000`s implementation & its guidelines thereto.
