Job Description :Will be responsible for the IR function of a large Garment Group. Ensuring cordial employee relations, grievance redressal, daily monitoring IR activities. disciplinary procedures, legal matters, training programs, other HR activities.
Desired Profile:MSW / Post Graduate in HR from a reputed institute with 5-8 yrs experience in HR. Min 2 yrs in Garment industry with good exposure to IR activities. Must have good knowledge of disciplinary procedures & legal requirements. Minimum Experience 5 years Education: PG - MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations
