Organize interviews and recommend the right people for appointment Frame/implement HR Policies and Procedures Training & DevelopmentDevelop Activity Responsibility MatrixDevise Forms & Checklists and Formulate the Control MechanismsCompensation Analysis and Management - Benefits, Rewards and Recognition, Payroll, Labor Relations, etc.Develop & Carry out Employee Appraisal System and Satisfaction SurveyCompliance with Statutory requirementsMaintain accurate personnel records and information.
