Job Description-Specify documentation & format including all internal documentation required for approval purposes & manage the process ensuring that documentation is provided from the Operational Team to the required schedule. Spport issue of formal purposals in accordance with company procedures.Ensure that changes in contract scope are identified and contract variations are negotiated with the customer.Liaise with the operations & Finance Department to ensure that sums are invoiced in accordance with agreed milestones.Order execution ,commercial evaluation of contracts ,offers/tenders, closing & reporting , payment & receivables follow ups,coordinate with branch offices.Recievables ,TSD,bank guarantees.Dispatches & billing.Sales tax matters.Forwarding stocks & finished goods stock.Order cost monitoring & ordering.
Desired Profile -Bcom with 3 years of experience in power transmission line
